Signature Dishes
Chef Tripp Mauldin was inspired to cook by the fresh flavors of his family garden in Montgomery, Alabama. After culinary school in Colorado, he ventured westward to Michelin-starred restaurants in California, learning from James Beard-winning chefs. Most recently, from Goodale Station restaurant in Columbus, Chef Tripp’s signature dishes demonstrate his expansive culinary journey and experience in fine dining.

The Oak Room
Sophisticated with a rustic touch, the hand-dressed stone walls of The Oak Room are warmed by an elegant fireplace and flooded with light from a bank of windows. The Oak Room offers flexible seating arrangements, including a comfortable banquette – perfect for dining with friends.

The Tavern
The Tavern’s oak-paneled walls set a cozy mood for the gorgeous central bar and copper-fronted fireplace. An elevated rotunda is perfect for larger parties. Dining seating is varied; high-tops, bar seating, and intimate tables are scattered throughout.

The Patio
Flagstone floors, large shade trees, and beautiful landscaping make The Patio an ideal spot for your al fresco meal. Umbrellas and outdoors heaters extend the season of Granville’s favorite outdoor dining place.
